1821年創業、AOの称号を持つフランス唯一のヴェルモットメーカー「ドラン社」が手がける「シャンベリー ドライ」です。アルプスの麓、サヴォワ地方の伝統製法で造られた辛口ヴェルモットです。
内容紹介
シトラスピールやアーモンドを思わせるナッツ香、ミントのようなすっきりとした後味が特長の辛口ヴェルモットです。アルコール度数17.5%で、カクテルベースとして世界中のバーテンダーに愛用されています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
マティーニなどのカクテルベースとして使うほか、よく冷やしてそのまま食前酒として楽しむのもおすすめです。オリーブや白身魚のカルパッチョなど、繊細な前菜との相性が良好です。
