Les Ormes-Sorbets is a family-run château with a history dating back to 1764. Located in the heart of the Médoc, this historic château has passed down its winemaking tradition through nine generations.
Description
A blend led by Cabernet Sauvignon, with Merlot and Petit Verdot. Fresh aromas of redcurrant and blackcurrant are layered with rich aromas of plum and blackberry. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, resulting in smooth tannins.
Recommended serving
With the structure of a traditional Médoc-style wine, it pairs exceptionally well with hearty meat dishes such as grilled red meat and lamb chops.
