1764年から続く家族経営のシャトー、レ・ゾルム・ソルベ。メドックの中心地に位置し、9代にわたってワイン造りを受け継いできた歴史あるシャトーです。
内容紹介
カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンを主体に、メルロー、プティ・ヴェルドをブレンド。レッドカラントやカシスのフレッシュな香りに、プラムやブラックベリーの豊潤な香りが重なります。ステンレスタンクで発酵後、フランス産オーク樽で14ヶ月熟成し、滑らかなタンニンに仕上げています。

伝統的なメドックスタイルを感じられる骨格を持つため、赤身肉のグリルやラムチョップなど、しっかりとした肉料理と好相性です。
