Product Description
Crémant de Bordeaux is an AOC sparkling wine produced in France’s Bordeaux region since the 1800s, using the traditional method (méthode traditionnelle) of secondary fermentation in the bottle, just like Champagne. The wine undergoes a slow primary fermentation at low temperatures before being bottled, then a secondary fermentation in the bottle for approximately nine months, creating fine bubbles and rich aromas. Dulong is a winemaker with a long history in Bordeaux, known for its excellent value, offering a well-crafted wine at an accessible price.
