内容紹介
クレマン・ド・ボルドーは、フランスのボルドー地方で1800年代から造られてきたAOCスパークリングワインで、シャンパーニュと同じ瓶内二次発酵の伝統製法(メトード・トラディショネル)を用います。低温でじっくり一次発酵させたワインを瓶詰めし、瓶内で約9ヶ月の二次発酵を経ることで、きめ細かな泡と芳醇な香りを生み出しています。デュロンはボルドーで長い歴史を持つワインメーカーで、手頃な価格ながらしっかりとした造りの高いコストパフォーマンスで知られています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
しっかり冷やして食前酒として楽しむのはもちろん、白身魚のカルパッチョやオイスター、フレッシュチーズとも好相性です。シャンパーニュよりも気軽に楽しめる価格帯なので、日常の晩酌用スパークリングとしてもおすすめです。
