プリメラ・ピエドラ シャルドネ 750ml | 白ワイン チリ
Primera Piedra is a series produced by Ventisquero, one of Chile's leading producers. This white wine is made from 100% Chardonnay cultivated in Central Valley, where the variation in temperature between day and night nurtures its distinctive character.
The appeal of Central Valley
Central Valley is a Chilean wine region that has grown rapidly over the past decade. Its large temperature variation between day and night creates concentrated fruit flavors and well-balanced acidity. Aromas reminiscent of pineapple and tropical fruits mingle with refreshing grapefruit-like acidity, followed by a subtle bitterness on the finish.
Recommended way to enjoy
This wine pairs wonderfully with creamy dishes such as cream stew, crab cream croquettes, and hot pot dishes with chicken. Please serve well chilled.
