セントラル・ヴァレーの魅力
セントラル・ヴァレーはこの10年ほどで急成長を遂げたチリの産地で、昼夜の寒暖差の大きさが果実の凝縮感とバランスの取れた酸を生み出します。パイナップルやトロピカルフルーツを思わせる香りに、グレープフルーツのようなさわやかな酸が重なり、余韻にはほのかな苦みが感じられる仕上がりです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
クリームシチューやカニクリームコロッケ、鶏肉の鍋料理など、クリーミーな料理との相性が良い一本です。よく冷やしてお召し上がりください。
