TOMOE Petit Verdot 2018 750ml | Red Wine
Hiroshima Miyoshi Winery has crafted this bottle exclusively for our stores using Petit Verdot, a variety known as a Bordeaux grape, as a single-variety wine. This is a rare, rich, full-flavored red wine made entirely from a single grape variety.
Description
Its clear, deep red-purple color is infused with aromas reminiscent of vanilla and the forest, while its rich fruitiness and complex, delicate flavor evoke cacao chocolate. With moderate tannins and a long finish, it is crafted in a medium- to full-bodied style with a solid structure. As it is produced exclusively for our stores, only limited quantities are available, making it a rare bottle that allows you to experience the unique character of Petit Verdot on its own.
Recommended serving suggestions
It pairs exceptionally well with richly flavored steaks and game dishes. As it has moderately strong tannins, it can be enjoyed in balanced harmony with fatty meat dishes.
