ボルドー品種として知られるプティ・ヴェルドを、広島三次ワイナリーが店舗限定で単一品種醸造に仕立てた一本。単一品種としては珍しい、濃厚でしっかりとした味わいの赤ワインです。
内容紹介
澄んだ濃い赤紫色に、バニラや森を思わせる香りが溶け込み、果実味豊かでカカオチョコレートのような複雑で繊細な味わいが特徴です。程よい渋みと長い余韻を持ち、しっかりとした骨格のミディアムフルボディに仕上がっています。店舗限定醸造のため流通量が少なく、プティ・ヴェルド単体の個性を味わえる貴重な一本です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
しっかりとした味わいのステーキやジビエ料理との相性が抜群です。渋みがやや強めのため、脂ののった肉料理と合わせることでバランスよく楽しめます。
