【Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut】A prestigious Champagne house founded in 1812, by appointment to the British Royal Family. This Champagne undergoes no dosage (added sugar) and is aged for a minimum of four years, allowing the full richness of the grapes to be extracted. It boasts prominent citrus and floral aromas, delivering a delicate yet sophisticated and remarkably long finish.

【Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée】The aroma is delicate, reminiscent of freshly picked citrus and white flowers. Towards the finish, the fragrance of white-fleshed fruits like white peach expands, adding complexity. The taste is fresh and elegant. This dry Champagne offers an elegant and well-balanced flavor with a pleasant and memorable finish.

【Laurent-Perrier Rosé】One of the top five Champagne houses in terms of scale, and unusually for a large house, it produces an excellent Cuvée Rosé using the Saignée method, which extracts color from the grape skins (many Champagne houses blend red and white wines). The grapes come from highly-rated villages in the Champagne region, and meticulous grape selection and maceration control bring out the color and rich aroma of Pinot Noir. It has a berry aroma and a fresh yet full-bodied taste. It's not only perfect as an aperitif but also pairs well with fresh fruits, and dishes made with pork or chicken.
