Made with 70% polished Nakasenbon rice from Hiroshima Prefecture. This is a slightly sweet junmai-shu, brewed using the amazake-yondan-jikomi method to preserve its umami. It can be enjoyed chilled, at room temperature, or gently warmed, according to your preference.
Awarded a Platinum Medal at the "Kura Master Sake Competition 2019" and a Gold Medal in the Junmai-shu category of the "IWC (International Wine Challenge) 2014" Sake Division.

We ship in recycled cardboard boxes. Recycled cardboard refers to boxes used by the brewery to deliver sake to us. Therefore, the brand name on the box may differ from the brand name of the product you ordered.
If the orderer and the recipient are the same, a purchase statement will be included in the package.
If the orderer and the recipient are different, please be assured that a purchase statement will not be included in the package.
In this case, the email sent from our shop to the orderer will serve as the statement, so please check it.
