It is recommended to mix with soda, champagne, or serve on the rocks.

By using plums for eating as raw material, we have brought out the fruity taste of plums.

The characteristic of "Prucia" is its rich flavor derived from storing the grape-based spirit, steeped with plums, in brandy barrels.

Prucia was created by Jules Bremant, the liqueur division of Louis Royer, a prestigious cognac company. By storing it in Limousin oak barrels used for Louis Royer's brandy, a rich flavor was brought out. The techniques and passion for sake brewing, inherited for over 150 years, created Prucia. Louis Royer's challenge to deliver more attractive alcoholic beverages to the world continues.
