This traditional liqueur series has been handed down over centuries, including Menthe Pastille, the origin of Giffard, continuously produced since 1885, Guignolet, a cherry liqueur passed down in the Anjou region since the 17th century, and Bigallet China-China, dating back to 1872. It is a suitable lineup to experience Giffard's creations.

A bitter liqueur made by macerating sweet and bitter oranges and blending quinine. The aroma of orange is complemented by warm, spicy notes, and the beautiful caramel hue from pure sugar, along with the lingering bitterness of quinine, creates a unique character.
