Artisan Craftsmanship: The Commitment to 3 Years of Aging and "EXTRA FRUIT"
Made with 100% carefully selected Nanko ume from Kishu. It is quietly aged for over three years in special storage tanks that block out the effects of light, temperature, and air. To this, a rich puree of whole ripe Nanko ume, strained until smooth, is luxuriously blended. This unique method creates layers of deep aged umeshu and the fresh texture of freshly picked fruit.
Flavor and Aroma Characteristics
The moment it's poured into a glass, a mellow, rich aroma unique to aged liquor spreads.
