鹿児島県奄美市の弥生焼酎醸造所は、奄美群島だけに製造が認められた黒糖焼酎の蔵元です。「弥生」は同蔵を代表する銘柄のひとつで、島の気候風土が育んだ味わいが持ち味です。
かめ瓶でじっくり仕込む伝統製法
「かめ瓶仕込み」の名の通り、昔ながらの甕（かめ）でじっくりと熟成させて仕上げています。度数も30度と高めで、黒糖焼酎らしい旨みを濃く感じられる一本です。
黒糖ならではの芳醇な甘い香り
黒糖を原料にした焼酎ならではの、芳醇で甘い香りが特長。ラム酒にも通じる独特の風味を、米麹の力でまろやかに仕上げています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ロックや水割りで、黒糖の甘い香りをじっくりお楽しみください。お湯割りにすると香りがより一層引き立ちます。
