Originally, sake is brewed with "sake rice" and "water," but Kijoshu is brewed with "sake rice" and "sake."

Kijoshu 10-Year Aged Koshu is a Kijoshu that has been carefully aged for 10 years. This 10-year aged Kijoshu Koshu is sweet, yet has an even crisper finish, and has gained immense popularity.

To commemorate the brewery's 120th anniversary, the bottle design has been renewed.
