甘味と酸味のバランスがよい、まろやかな13度台
アルコール分13度台のソフトタイプで、甘味と酸味のバランスがよいまろやかな味わいと、すっきりとしたあと味が特長です。国産米を100%使い、京都伏見の名水「伏水（ふしみず）」で仕込み。糖類の添加には頼らず、発酵の最終段階で蒸した米をもう一度仕込む「四段仕込」で、米由来の自然なコクを引き出しています。
酵母は、月桂冠が独自に開発した100種類以上のオリジナル酵母の中から厳選した「さわやかキレ酵母」などを使用。毎日飲んでも飽きない、やさしい飲み口です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
普段の食事といっしょに、冷やでも燗でも気軽にどうぞ。肉じゃがや焼き魚、野菜の炒め物など、いつものおかずによく合います。3Lなので、煮物や鍋に料理酒として惜しみなく使えるのも便利です。
