As its name suggests, Smooth [Umami-rich] is a regular sake with a clean finish and a distinct rice umami flavor, offering an easy-drinking style that is perfect for everyday evening drinks.
Description
Saijo is known as the birthplace of the “soft-water brewing method.” Since this brewing method was established during the Meiji period, Hiroshima has developed as a renowned sake-producing region alongside Nada and Fushimi. Hakubotan Sake Brewery is one of the breweries that has continued making sake in this area for many years. Smooth [Umami-rich] is a regular sake that inherits the traditional character of sake from this region while being crafted for easy drinking with modern meals. Its large 2000 ml pack is also convenient for everyday use.
