Description
As its name suggests, Kome Dake no Sake is a junmai sake made solely with Yamada Nishiki, rice koji, and water, without the addition of distilled brewing alcohol. It offers a harmonious flavor that combines the refined umami characteristic of Yamada Nishiki with the soft mouthfeel created by Hakubotan's traditional soft-water brewing method. Its convenient 300 ml small-bottle size makes it a great choice for those who would like to try it first.
