Description
Takehara is a historic town on the Seto Inland Sea, known as the "Little Kyoto of Aki" for its well-preserved traditional streetscapes. Nakao Brewing has continued making sake here since its founding in 1871. This junmai sake makes the most of Takehara's local climate and water, with a simple brewing style that draws out the rice's flavor directly. Though understated, it has a food-friendly character that reveals the rice's sweetness and depth with every sip.
