Description
“Takejirushi” is a series that Nakao Brewery has brewed as a sake made to complement local Hiroshima dining tables. Rather than making a bold statement, it is crafted to offer a mellow, approachable flavor that does not become tiresome even when enjoyed every day. Its signature balance of a light mouthfeel and moderate richness reflects the climate and water of Takehara.
