本洲一 無濾過純米 1.8L | 日本酒 広島県 梅田酒造場
広島市の東部、安芸区船越町で大正5年（1916年）から酒を醸す梅田酒造場。かつて船越周辺に5軒あった造り酒屋のうち、いまも日本酒を造り続けているのはこの蔵だけです。「本洲一 無濾過純米酒」は、蔵の裏手の岩滝山から流れる伏流水を地下60メートルから汲み上げて仕込む、蔵の看板純米酒です。
内容紹介
広島県産の酒造好適米「千本錦」を精米歩合65％まで磨き、広島吟醸酵母で仕込んでいます。活性炭濾過の工程を省くことで、原酒のままの風味をより強く残しました。アルコール分16度以上17度未満、日本酒度＋4（蔵元公表値）。華やかな香りとふくよかな味わいのバランスがとれた純米酒で、International Wine Challenge 2012・2013で2年連続Gold Medal、Kura Master 2020・2025で金賞を受賞しています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
冷酒なら華やかな香りが、ぬる燗なら米のふくよかさが引き立ちます。一升瓶なら温度を変えながらの飲み比べも気軽です。出汁の効いた煮物や湯豆腐、脂ののった焼き魚と合わせて、毎日の晩酌にどうぞ。
