About the flavors of Café de Paris Lemon
Café de Paris was created in France's Bordeaux region in the 1960s and is now a brand of flavored sparkling wines produced by Pernod Ricard. It is made by adding natural fruit flavors that enhance the fruit aromas to sparkling wine made from six varieties of French white grapes, and is enjoyed in more than 70 countries worldwide. At 7.5% ABV, Lemon is slightly higher in alcohol than other varieties in the range, with a refreshing citrus acidity and a clean finish.
