Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Noirs 750ml | Sparkling Wine France
3120581442963
Among the Crémant de Bourgognes produced in the Burgundy region, “Blanc de Noirs” is made exclusively from the black grape Pinot Noir. This white sparkling wine made from black grapes showcases the winemaker’s craftsmanship.
About the Product
Blanc de Noirs is made by pressing black grapes intended for red wine without allowing the skins to macerate for an extended period, then vinifying the juice as a white wine. While offering the firm structure and richness unique to 100% Pinot Noir, its fine bubbles from a second fermentation in the bottle, just like Champagne, create an elegant and delicate character.
Serving Suggestions
Its well-structured flavor pairs especially well with dishes that have a little more richness than typically paired with white sparkling wine, such as chicken and pork dishes or cream-based pasta. Its versatility makes it a bottle that can be enjoyed throughout a meal.
