Careful winemaking
Fully hand-harvested from perfectly ripe Merlot (50%) and Cabernet Franc (50%) grown in vineyards with sandy clay-limestone soils. After low-temperature fermentation (16-18°C) using traditional methods, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged for at least 11 months.
Tasting notes
Beautiful salmon-pink color with a creamy mousse. Elegant aromas of small red fruits reminiscent of strawberries and raspberries unfold, followed by a fresh, fruity fragrance that lingers. Clean acidity comes through in the soft mouthfeel, leading to a crisp, dry finish. Well balanced and refreshing, it is an effortlessly enjoyable wine.
Serving suggestions
A versatile rosé sparkling wine that pairs well with everything from appetizers to the main course. It is excellent as an aperitif, and also pairs beautifully with prosciutto, seafood, roast beef, and white-meat dishes such as chicken.
