Description
While standard plum liqueurs are often made with a base of distilled shochu, such as neutral white liquor, this daiginjo plum liqueur uses Hakubotan's prized daiginjo sake as the base for steeping the plums. The daiginjo's distinctive floral ginjo aroma blends with the plums' refreshing tartness, creating an elegant finish with a subtle sake-like character despite being a plum liqueur. The tartness of the plums and the richness of the daiginjo are beautifully balanced in this full-bodied drink.

Chill well and enjoy it on the rocks, savoring the aroma from the daiginjo sake and the tartness of the plums.
