This authentic barley shochu is made by the brewers of "Ayakura" using carefully selected barley and the clear water from the evergreen broad-leaf forest of Aya, Miyazaki, one of Japan's leading primeval forests, as brewing water. It is characterized by the rich flavor unique to the traditional "black koji" brewing method.
This product is sold as a single bottle.
