By aging unblended honkaku imo shochu, which has a rich raw ingredient aroma, for over 10 years, including long-term maturation in oak barrels, the sweet potato-derived aroma and the complex woody nuances from the barrel are exquisitely harmonized.

The aroma subtly carries hints of vanilla and barrel notes, while the sweetness of the sweet potato and a spicy quality weave together to form a rich harmony.
