We pursued "deliciousness and drinkability" to please many customers. This is our most popular product, with a brilliant and crisp taste achieved through low-temperature distillation.
The name "Himuka no Kurouma" comes from the Kojiki, a 1300-year-old record that states Miyazaki has been a prominent horse-producing region since ancient times. The name was given with the wish that it would become a shochu that would spread throughout Japan from "Himuka no Kuni" (the land of Hyuga).

We will ship in recycled cardboard boxes. The recycled cardboard boxes are those used by the breweries to deliver sake to us. Therefore, the brand name of the product you ordered and the brand name written on the box may differ.
