Licor de Bellota Acorn Liqueur 700ml | Liqueur Spain
A rustic Spanish acorn liqueur made from the acorns of oak trees that raise Iberian pigs
“Licor de Bellota” is a rustic liqueur passed down for generations in Extremadura, a region in southwestern Spain. Made from the fruit of the oak trees that raise Iberian pigs, known as bellota (acorns), it is a unique specialty of the region.
Product description
Bellota is known as feed for Iberian pigs, but in Extremadura, liqueurs made from these acorns have also been produced for centuries. This playful bottle features a flavor reminiscent of roasted nuts layered with gentle sweetness, and may even contain a real acorn inside.
Recommended serving
Chill well and enjoy as a digestif. Served on the rocks, the roasted aroma and sweetness become even more pronounced.
