An authentic Satsuma shochu brewed by Kurose Toji, who inherits the shochu brewing methods passed down in Satsuma, using Koganesengan sweet potatoes, the most suitable sweet potato for shochu production in Kagoshima Prefecture, and rice koji.
It has a firm, rich sweetness and a characteristic sweet potato aroma.
