An aromatic, full-bodied sparkling wine made exclusively from carefully selected white grapes. One of Cantina Zaccagnini's “Tralcetto” series, it is characterized by elegant, lively bubbles created through prise de mousse.
Careful selection of white grapes and meticulous low-temperature vinification
The white grapes are gently pressed, and only free-run juice (the first juice that naturally flows from the grapes) is used after cryomaceration (cold maceration) and vacuum pressing. Following low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the bubbles are carefully captured through prise de mousse in an autoclave.
Recommended serving
A pale yellow hue with greenish tints is complemented by an elegant, aromatic bouquet reminiscent of white flowers. On the palate, freshness and nuances of salinity unfold vividly, creating a light, lively drinking experience. We recommend serving it well chilled at 6-8°C and pairing it with seafood dishes, especially delicate raw fish preparations.
