A sparkling rosé that captures the vitality of Abruzzo's black grapes alongside light, lively bubbles. One of Cantina Zaccagnini's “Tralcetto” series, it features a small grapevine branch tied by hand around the neck of the bottle.

The black grapes are gently pressed, and the juice is settled to clarify before slowly fermenting at a low temperature. Secondary fermentation (prise de mousse) is then carried out in an autoclave using the Martinotti (Charmat) method, carefully preserving the fruit's freshness and broad range of aromas along with the bubbles.

A delicate, elegant pink color gives way to a gorgeous aroma of wild raspberries, strawberries, currants, and pomegranate. A spicy nuance of ginger adds complexity that keeps each sip engaging. Light and lively on the palate, its fine bubbles carry delicate fruit flavors into a pleasantly bittersweet, refreshing finish. Chill well to 6-8°C and enjoy as an aperitif or paired with seafood appetizers.
