雲海酒造は宮崎県の蔵元で、蔵元によると、そば焼酎「雲海」は同社が日本で初めてそばを原料として開発した本格そば焼酎です。「木挽BLUE」は、九州産のさつまいもと宮崎の清らかな水、宮崎県日向灘の海から採取・研究開発したオリジナル酵母「日向灘黒潮酵母」で造られる本格芋焼酎。蔵元は、すっきりキレのある甘みと爽やかな口当たりを特長に挙げています。この商品はアルコール分20度です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
蔵元のおすすめはロックとソーダ割り。20度なので、水割りやお湯割りも軽やかに楽しめます。から揚げ、焼き鳥、餃子など、普段のおかずと一緒に。
