Suminoe has been on sale since the first year of Reiwa.
This year, while labeled "Aged for 36 Years," it's off the record, but it actually contains 37-year-old aged sake and is now available for sale!

Brown sugar shochu "Suminoe" was made using traditional methods such as pot preparation and direct-fire distillation at Ishihara Brewery, the predecessor of Machida Brewery.
Currently, there is no manufacturing brewery, and the small amount of aged sake stored at Machida Brewery is the last original sake produced at Ishihara Brewery.

The washi paper label was carefully made by hand by craftsmen using "plant dyeing," one of the dyeing techniques that has been used in Amami Oshima for a long time.
Please enjoy the different expressions of each piece.

We will ship in recycled cardboard boxes. The recycled cardboard boxes used will be those in which sake was delivered to us from the brewery. Therefore, the brand name of the product you ordered may differ from the brand name written on the box.

If the orderer and the recipient are different, please be assured that a purchase statement will not be included in the package.

In this case, the email sent from our shop to the orderer will serve as the statement, so please check it.
