This is a rare limited-edition rice shochu, with only 100 bottles produced, carefully collected by Jufuku Shuzo in Hitoyoshi City, Kumamoto Prefecture. It consists solely of the "Hatsutare" (first drip) that trickles out during the initial stage of atmospheric distillation. It is characterized by its concentrated umami, elegant aroma, and the satisfying richness unique to its high alcohol content of 44 degrees.

Chill it thoroughly in the freezer and enjoy it in a shot glass. You can also enjoy the rich flavor unique to Hatsutare when mixed with soda or served on the rocks.
