Product Introduction

Suntory has launched "Sui," a Japanese gin with a refreshing and invigorating taste tailored to the Japanese palate.

This easy-to-drink gin is made with three carefully selected Japanese ingredients (yuzu, green tea, and ginger) that pair deliciously with everyday meals, in addition to eight traditional botanicals that form the authentic flavor of gin.
Using traditional methods to extract the deliciousness from each ingredient, the gin is a carefully blended combination of three "yuzu distilled liquors" for a refreshing aroma, "gyokuro and matcha steeped liquors" whose umami green tea flavor pairs well with Japanese food, and "ginger" for a clean, spicy finish that enhances the taste. These are meticulously blended using various distillation and steeping methods.
