From "Setouchi Distillery" in Kure, Hiroshima, comes the third in a series featuring Setouchi-grown Hassaku, available in a limited run of 8,000 bottles. The powerful aroma and refreshing tartness unique to Hassaku evoke the scenery of Setouchi with every sip.

Carefully Selected Ingredients and Production Method

Hassaku, grown in the mild climate of Setouchi, is used as the key botanical. The distinctive flavor of the ingredients is maximized by combining it with aromatic green tea and juniper berries. Soft water rich in minerals from Mt. Hiba, an isolated peak, is used for preparation, resulting in a masterful bottle infused with the distillery's expertise.
