こだわりのポイント
「秋分」は、二十四節気の中でも特別な位置づけとされる「二至二分（夏至・冬至・春分・秋分）」の最後を飾るボトル。北海道産の大麦を原料に、厚岸の風土が育んだ力強いピート香と、北の大地ならではの豊かな麦の風味を存分に引き出しています。
味わい・香りの特徴
香りは蜂蜜カステラのような甘さに、オレンジや八朔、ライム、レモンといった柑橘、黒糖や砂糖をまとった甘夏を思わせる複雑な甘み。味わいはオレンジを軸に、レモンとライムが爽やかに広がる、きりっとしたレイヤー構造。余韻には生姜とホワイトペッパーの穏やかな刺激、レモンライムの酸味、グレープフルーツを思わせるほろ苦さとシロップのような甘さが長く残ります。
おすすめの楽しみ方
熟成5年、55%と高めのアルコール度数を持つ原酒本来の力強さを味わうには、まずはストレートで。少量の加水やロックにすることで、柑橘系の香りがより華やかに開きます。
