YAZUKA World Malt TALI Ride on AMAHAGAN Selected by Kazuya Yoshii 700ml | Whisky
4573286173837
The second release in the “YAZŪKA” series, “TALI,” expresses in whisky the complex yet delicately interwoven world of “TALI,” the first single released in 2003 by Kazuya Yoshii under the name YOSHII LOVINSON.
A multifaceted flavor made entirely from malt distillates
The chief blender at Nagahama Distillery created the recipe by repeatedly combining a wide variety of different distillates, ultimately using only malt distillates. It has a brilliant amber color and a gentle malt flavor, followed by highly fruity top notes reminiscent of refreshing muscat grapes and tropical fruits. The rich, mellow aroma from the wine-cask distillates is complemented by the unconventionally layered aromas from the sherry-cask distillates, creating an alternative and multifaceted impression.
Recommended ways to enjoy
To bring out its fruity aroma, we recommend enjoying it neat or as a twice-up (mixed with an equal amount of water). It also pairs well with fruit-based desserts and cheeses with a refreshing acidity.
