About Shipping Methods
During winter (roughly November to March), products are shipped at room temperature.
During summer (roughly April to October), we recommend cool delivery (at an extra charge) to maintain product quality.
Even in winter, if you wish for cool delivery, please select cool delivery on the cart page after adding the product to your cart.
If the orderer and the recipient are the same, a purchase statement will be included in the package.
If the orderer and the recipient are different, please be assured that a purchase statement will not be included in the package.
