A family-owned producer established in West Sussex in 2017. They currently own 10.8 hectares of vineyards, 9 hectares of which were planted in 2009. The location is ideal for grape cultivation, with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier—the main varieties in Champagne—planted. The winemaking is handled by the legendary Dermot Sugrue, a symbol of British winemaking. This Blanc de Blanc, made from 100% Chardonnay, is impressive for its sharp acidity, which is "more Champagne-like than Champagne itself." [Reduced pesticide cultivation]
