Cafe de Paris Cherry 750ml | Wine France

“Café de Paris” is a French-born brand of sparkling wine made from several varieties of French white grapes, layered with natural flavors that capture the aromas of the fruit itself. Cherry is a bottle that directly expresses the sweet-and-tart aroma of fully ripened red fruit, with an elegant fragrance that gently spreads when poured into a glass.

About the Café de Paris Brand

Café de Paris was created in France’s Bordeaux region in the 1960s and is now a brand of flavored sparkling wine produced by Pernod Ricard. Its specialty is combining sparkling wine made from six varieties of French white grapes with natural flavors that bring out the aroma of the fruit, and it is enjoyed in more than 70 countries worldwide. With an alcohol content of approximately 6-7.5%, depending on the flavor, it is designed to be relatively light and easy to enjoy even for those who are not particularly fond of wine or as a drink between courses. Among the lineup, Cherry is distinguished by its elegant red-fruit aroma and well-balanced, crisp acidity.

Recommended Ways to Enjoy It

The classic way to enjoy it is “on the rocks”: fill a glass generously with ice and pour slowly. As time passes, the ice melts, allowing you to enjoy the changing flavor. Mixing it with soda gives it an even lighter mouthfeel, making it perfect as an aperitif during the warmer months. The 750ml size is also ideal for occasions when everyone gathers to raise a glass, such as home parties and girls’ nights. It pairs well with desserts featuring acidity, such as cheese, fruit tart, and strawberry shortcake.
