シャブリ ドメーヌ・アムラン 750ml | 白ワイン フランス
Domaine Hamelin is a long-established Chablis producer with roots dating back to the 1940s. This family-run estate is led by Thierry Hamelin, who also served as former president of the Chablis Brotherhood.
Kimmeridgian Soil Terroir
The estate owns a total of 36.75 hectares of vineyards spanning the three villages of Poinsy, Beine, and Lignorelles, where it cultivates grapes while making the most of the thick Kimmeridgian limestone soil. Its winemaking combines tradition with modern technology, with minimal filtration to bring out the true potential of the soil and grapes. This dry white wine has the sharp minerality characteristic of Chablis and a refreshing citrus aroma. It has received high praise from wine publications in Japan and abroad, including a five-star rating from Gault & Millau.
Recommended serving
It pairs exceptionally well with seafood dishes such as oysters and shellfish. It can also be enjoyed well chilled as an aperitif.
