Description
The 2019 vintage showcases the château's character to the fullest, crafted with a high proportion of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon. Its vivid purple color leads to rich aromas of fully ripe black cherries and cassis, layered with complex nuances reminiscent of damp earth, freshly sharpened pencil, and iron. Despite its full-bodied character, it offers an elegant, well-integrated palate with fine-grained tannins.

It pairs exceptionally well with hearty meat dishes, such as slowly roasted beef or lamb. As this wine is also suitable for long-term aging, we recommend decanting it and savoring it slowly.
