Haut-Médoc de Giscours is made by the same winemaking team as Château Giscours, a Third Growth estate in the Margaux appellation. Made from grapes grown in the estate's own vineyards adjacent to the village of Margaux, it offers excellent value for money.
Description
A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot. This red wine combines the sweetness of blackberries and aromas reminiscent of dark chocolate with smooth tannins and well-balanced acidity.
Recommended serving
Pairs well with hearty meat dishes such as beef steak and lamb chops. After opening, let it rest for a while to allow the aromas to unfold.
