J.ラサール ブリュット 750ml | シャンパーニュ フランス
Founded in 1942 in the Champagne village of Chigny-les-Roses in the Montagne de Reims, J. Lassalle is a family-run maison. Guided by the motto “One woman, one spirit, one style,” this producer has been passed down through the hands of women for two generations.
High-quality bubbles born only from Premier Cru vineyards
The estate's 16-hectare vineyards are entirely classified as Premier Cru. All three varieties - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier - are grown on the estate, and remuage (riddling) during the second fermentation in the bottle is still performed by hand. The house is also known as one of the few Champagne producers to carry out full malolactic fermentation, as with the great white wines of the Côte d'Or, achieving both mellow acidity and rich fruitiness.
Recommended serving suggestions
Enjoy it as an aperitif, or pair it with white fish carpaccio or light appetizers to add an elegant touch to the table on special occasions.
