ネッビオーロ ダルバ ヴァルマッジョーレ 2022 750ml | 赤ワイン イタリア
Nebbiolo d'Alba from the Valmaggiore vineyard in the Roero area, north of Alba in Piedmont. Unlike Barolo and Barbaresco, Roero's sandy soils, in contrast to the limestone-rich Langhe, cultivate a supple and floral character.
An elegant 2022 vintage shaped by sandy soils
A clear red color with garnet hues reveals a gorgeous bouquet reminiscent of violets, fully ripe strawberries, and red currants. Thanks to the sandy soils unique to Roero, its tannins are softer than those of Nebbiolo from the Barolo area, making this a delight to enjoy from an early stage alongside fresh acidity. Medium-bodied, it finishes with a long, elegant note of spice and flowers.
Recommended serving suggestions
This wine pairs beautifully with beef braised in red wine, porcini mushroom risotto, and aged cheeses, making it an easy way to enjoy Nebbiolo's inherent elegance.
