Production Philosophy

Crémant du Jura is made using the traditional method (méthode traditionnelle), similar to Champagne. Chardonnay grapes are carefully harvested and selected by hand, then undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle. This process achieves delicate and persistent effervescence.

Tasting Notes

With a clean, elegant acidity, a toasty, yeasty character, and a creamy finish, it truly tastes like Champagne.
Compared to a Champagne Blanc de Blancs, it has a slightly juicier overall flavor, making it more approachable. This wine is excellent as an aperitif, and also pairs perfectly with seafood dishes and light appetizers.
