パタネグラ ブリュット オーガニック 750ml | スパークリングワイン スペイン
This organic Cava is crafted by Pata Negra, a producer based in Vilanova i la Geltrú near Barcelona, overlooking the Mediterranean. Made exclusively from organically grown grapes, it is a highly accomplished wine that has won numerous awards in Japan and abroad, including silver medals at BACCHUS 2018 and 2019, a silver medal at the IWC 2019 with 94 points, and a gold medal at the 2019 Asia Wine Trophy.
Refined maturation aromas from organically grown Macabeo
Made exclusively from organically grown Macabeo grapes. Aromas of maturation reminiscent of brioche and sourdough bread harmonize with flavors of salted apple, stone fruit, and persimmon, creating a well-balanced, dry Cava with both creaminess and freshness.
Recommended serving
Chill well to 4-6°C. We recommend pairing it with elegant appetizers such as smoked salmon and caviar.
